Washington Township and the City of Centerville have a combined population of over 52,000 people. It is 20 minutes south of Dayton, Ohio and 1 hour north of Cincinnati. It is only 2 miles from the new Austin Road interchange on rt 75 allowing quick access to major destinations.
Centerville City Schools
The Centerville School system is comprised of 11 schools serving more than 7,300 students. Five of the schools have been designated "Blue Ribbon" schools.

The library was recently ranked best in the nation by the Hennen's American Public Library Rating (HAPLR) Index among libraries of similar size.
Washington Township Recreation Center
50,000-square-foot complex featuring a natatorium with two indoor pools and a 140-foot water flume slide, two gymnasiums, fitness room, indoor running track, indoor climbing wall, locker rooms, and two multipurpose rooms with kitchens.
Centerville-Washington Park District
An open space community there are over 45 parks in the area. The park district celebrated it's 50th anniversary in 2009.
Neighboring Rosewood Park includes a large open area for sports, a fishing pond, sled hill, playground and woods to explore.
The area also features a strong, upscale business base, plentiful and convenient shopping, and many choices for dining and entertainment.
